Carrot Halwa







Ingredients:
Carrot grated – 2 cups
Ghee - 2-3 tbs
Sugar – 1-1/2 cups
Cardamom – 2 no.s
Milk – 2 cups
Cashewnuts – 10 no.s
Raisins – 8 no.s

Preparation:
1.Heat ghee in a pan. Add sugar, cardamom. Keep stirring it until sugar melts.
2.Once sugar gets melted , add grated carrot.
3.Stir well for about 5 min then add Milk.
4.Let it cook for 20 min on low flame.
6.Garnish with fried (in ghee) cashew nuts, raisins.
7.Serve this hot or cold.
